Planning consent obtained for the development for a 4.8 ha site, for a retirement village comprising of 101 assisted living flats, 2 & 3 bedroom cottages and bungalows, restaurants, clubhouse, staff accommodation and retail units.
The development is designed around three interconnecting courtyards with landscaped gardens throughout.
